Honeycutt headlines FCS players of the week

(STATS) - When a victory earns a nickname like the "Miracle in Murray," the player who scores the game-winning touchdown knows his heroics will become a part of program lore.

Murray State kick returner/wide receiver Malik Honeycutt had the show-stopping moment of the Racers' comeback win this past weekend.

On Monday, Honeycutt, San Diego quarterback Anthony Lawrence, Drake strong safety Will Warner and Weber State running back Josh Davis were honored as the STATS FCS National Players of the Week for games ending Nov. 10.
